songofjoy02That's okay. I just went to the journals of all the friends whose entries I consider worth reading.;-) LOL! Just because I haven't commented doesn't mean that I haven't been there, although it's likely that I left a comment if I visited.
A member of our church entered Heaven's Gates this evening at about 6:00 P.M., after six years of battling cancer. The pain was extremely intense at the end, and we can only thank the Lord for releasing her from it. However, she has left behind a husband, who I'm sure is suffering very much...and nine children, ages 19 to 6. All the big girls in Junior Choir tonight were crying so much that their faces were red, and half the sopranos were missing from the adult choir. I don't know when the memorial service will be. There were so many times in the last six years that everyone really thought it was the end...but it wasn't...until now. Lord, be with them and comfort them!
Well, I've halfway promised myself that I would do housework instead of homework tonight, but I'm not going to have time to do either if I don't get UP and do something, so I'll sign off for now.=)
