Dealing with the Effects of Sin

songofjoy02Well, I'm trying to cut back on my day time 'net hours. I am also in need of more sleep, preferably before midnight. We shall see how those two things work together...

Okay, anyway, here's a question I've been pondering for a while...in addition to my other questions:
SIN--how do we counteract the effects the sins of people whose actions we cannot control have on the people whom God desires us to protect?
My first thoughts:
1. Pray
2. Teach them how to respond correctly
Any other ideas? (Or do you even understand what I said, since the question was rather long and perhaps somewhat unclear?)
